About

Our Mission

At J&U Roofing, we’re not just another roofing company — we’re a team that genuinely cares about the service we provide to every homeowner. Our mission is to educate our customers, not just sell them a roof. From the smallest component of the roofing system to the final shingle, we take the time to ensure every homeowner understands exactly what is being installed on their home.

We are committed to delivering only the highest quality workmanship and materials, going above and beyond on every project. What sets us apart is our dedication to transparency, education, and integrity.

Give us just 10% of your trust — and we’ll earn the remaining 90% by the time we’re done, and in the years that follow.

“J&U Roofing replaced our roof after a severe storm. Uriel was outstanding — he guided us through the insurance process, explained every step, and made everything stress-free. The new roof looks amazing, and the crew did a flawless job.”

  • Q: What is actual cash value (ACV)
Actual cash value is based on the cost to repair or replace the damaged item with an item of like and quality, less deductible. In other words, ACV is the value of the damaged item at the time of loss, not when the item was originally purchased.
  • Q. What is depreciation?
    A. Decpreciation is the reduction in value of an asset with the passage of time based upon the age and the condition of the item being replaced. In other words, it's the difference between RCV and ACV.
